Anti-Spam Policy

When it comes to SPAM - AffStars upholds a 100% no-tolerance policy. SPAM only hurts us as a company. We're also email-receiving folk and to put it mildly - we can't stand getting unsolicited emails.

Our policy is as follows:

Any affiliate who is identified as being a participant in the transmission of SPAM - in any form - will immediately have their account placed under strict review and all funds will be frozen. AffStars reserves the right, based on the results of a thorough investigation, to ban any such affiliate from any sort of further relationship with AffStars and our line of brands. Any losses incurred to our brands as a direct result of violating our SPAM policy (including any legal costs) will be held againt any pending account balance owed to the affiliate at the time of the violation. AffStars has the full right to withhold payments until the expenses to the brand have been fully recovered.
